You are as flexible as possible, helping young people and making an authentic contribution with your time in the digital exchange so that together we can counteract the shortage of skilled workers, stimulate intergenerational exchange and provide young people with career guidance that actually helps them.

We are financed by donations.
Objectives
We are building a networking platform for pupils & have a systemic impact on the school system. The platform will be introduced to pupils directly in BOSO lessons (vocational and study orientation lessons). The pilot will start in fall 2025 in Hamburg. We want to provide authentic insights into the profession - which is exactly what the pupils want - to ensure that training gets a better image and thus show career paths and counteract the prevailing shortage of skilled workers in Germany.
Your support helps
young people who don't know what they want to do after school. You give direction and guidance to those who are undecided and disoriented and are an enormously important helping hand.
